Adhering to the manufacturing production of Croatian heritage, our head chef and technologist uses only the best selected ingredients, gently cooking carefully selected fruit in a specially developed vacuum boiler where the boiling point is reached at only 48 degrees C.
Our jams are made to preserve the true taste and texture of the fruit, free of food colours, preservatives, artificial additives, flavor enhancers and industrial fillers.
